GX51 and 71

  • GX71 - Primarily intended for research use, the GX71 features a super-wide field, zooming, erect image and a mirror cube turret for brightfield, darkfield, DIC, polarized light, and fluorescence observation.
  • GX51 - Designed for more basic applications in research and inspection, the GX51 has a single lever switchover for brightfield/darkfield observation, and the ability to add many optional features.

Inverted Metallographs

  • UIS infinity-corrected optical system -
    for sharp, detailed images in addition to superb system flexibility and modularity
  • 100W halogen lamps -
    with improved light-collecting efficiency provide even illumination over the entire field of view
  • Operator controls -
    located in front of the frame for ease of operation and more comfortable posture
  • Low center of gravity frame -
    designed for greater stability, even with optional functions added
  • Scale imprinting -
    is allowed for all ports and with any kind of camera, including digital, 35mm and large format
  • Beamsplitter turret -
    allows for quick and easy alternating between different observation methods
  • 1x-2x zoom capability -
    on all ports allows viewing of critical details more clearly and aids accurate specimen framing
